Kondraki |X DrBright 24 Jun 2009, 09:06 Fold So, log is here pastetHfH€om/m4-35dfe>€-l-3 but, long and short, is that Kondraki took it upon himself to edit peoples Personnel Files for largely arbitrary reasons, without attempting to talk to the users first, or really bringing it up with anyone but whoever was in the chat at the time. Personally, I find this behavior despicable. We need to work together, not charge in dleeting with out cause or reason. Kondraki continues to do this type of thing, over and over again, and doesn't seem to care what anyone else may think. That being said, this is...unsettling behavior. What's more, from looking at the log, these decisions were made with little/no involvement by other staff. These were not issues that were so large and detrimental to the site as to require a unilateral strike. All these edits could have been suggested first, then if the users refused, additional steps could be taken... I want to be surprised by this. I really do. However, i am not. I'm generally a very tolerant person, but this is getting to be too much. Doing the right thing (in this case, cleaning up pages) for the wrong reasons is still wrong. I, and i'm sure others here, have spoken to Kondraki about this sort of thing before. At great length. What was the last big incident? The one where Kondraki was given one more chance to not freak out and go rogue again? This may be over that last chance...then again, i am badly frustrated, and may have a bias. What is the opinion: Are Bright and I having a knee-jerk reaction, or is this the last straw?
